- Fun and young working culture- perfect for a recent grad - Variety of work in a producing role- always working on a new project/ topic, working with lots of different teams, variety of daily tasks with room for your creativity, and able to work in different locations including around Sydney and the chance to travel to Melbourne, Brisbane and NZ - Pretty autonomous role- you don't get micromanaged

Cons

- with a variety of tasks comes a lot of competing priorities. You really need to be able to push yourself to do well
