Pros

Great people, products, and process. Would highly recommend for people looking to get into sales/marketing. A ton of opportunity for upward movement.

Cons

A true "get out what you put in" model. For middle of the road performers, hard to be successful here. Sometimes too focused on the numbers and metrics and not overall performance and value. Can't always assign a dollar amount to qualitative traits.

Pros

I've worked for IQPC for 5 years now, both in Europe and the US. My personal experience has been very positive, having had the opportunity to learn about and work across multiple industries, interact on a high level with senior executives and be a part of several fast growing business units. The environment in the New York office is entrepreneurial and fast paced, which could be very empowering for self-starter types, but could be challenging if you are not ambitious about your career, determined to achieve your goals or unwilling to put in the time to learn your craft and improve your skills. Overall, folks who are motivated, bright and open to learn do very well here, and end up launching great careers, earning very well and enjoying job satisfaction and personal growth.

Cons

A bit of a competitive landscape if you are interviewing for an SDR job - recent grads are welcomed but it's not always easy to receive a job offer. Important to have realistic expectations - earning potential is very high but will in large part depend directly on your performance and variable compensation. Having said that, the New York office produces some of the best-regarded products and events in the North American market, so if you do get the job and invest in your personal development you will have a supportive environment in which to learn your craft and excel.

Pros

I started at IQPC in 2015 with no sales experience at all. From day 1 I received personalised training to ensure I was confident enough in my abilities to succeed in a sales role. I was made to feel very welcome by all departments and can honestly say that the culture in the Sydney office is the best I've experienced in any role I've ever been in. The sense of team work helped in keeping me motivated and is another strength of the organisation. There is also opportunity for career progression for the right people. I began as an inbound sales rep and in 2 year's I was managing my own team. The training is ongoing and has continued right up until my departure. The skills I have learned in my time at IQPC will serve me well in the future and I'm extremely thankful for the belief that my manager has instilled in me over the past 3 years .

Cons

The IT systems could use a minor upgrade
