I've worked at IQPC for over 5 years and have never stopped learning throughout this time. My experience in Marketing is that the company is dedicated to the continued and regular training, nurturing, and professional development of its employees. My managers have always been incredibly supportive and motivating and leading by example which is important to me! I have also been able to take advantage of training beyond the marketing function, with the Management Development Program following the Introduction to Management allowing me to build on my people management skills. Also, the Women in Business Group and mentoring scheme, allowed me to connect with female leaders I had not previously been exposed to and play a role in making changes in the business!

Cons

IQPC is a fast-paced business which can be challenging but also ensures those who want to excel in their career have opportunities and resources at their disposal to do so.

Working at IQPC has been an incredibly fulfilling experience for me. What initially drew me in was the progressive and dynamic culture, which offers plenty of opportunities for anyone who is looking to grow in a fast-paced and highly rewarding environment. The company’s global footprint also provides great opportunities for those interested in working across different countries and cultures. After witnessing how the leadership team navigated through the challenging times of COVID, I also learned a great deal about the resilience of the business. It's great to see that the people-centric approach has kept going to this day, fostering a truly employee-centric culture. IQPC also has the great ability to attract the best talent from the industry and have a comprehensive training plan so you can expect to work with the brightest people and continue to develop yourself at the same time!

With the nature of the business, pressure is always on for hitting targets.

Currently 2 years in at IQPC and see a lot of positive growth. Events are of the highest quality and well invested in to maintain good market position, teams are growing sustainably and lots of very talented people. Training and ongoing courses like the ITM and CDP are brilliant opportunities. Team members, including management and divisional leaders, are highly skilled and respected in their roles offering support where needed. Very good approach to work life balance, supportive of attending appointments and flexible when necessary. Promotions and career opportunities are clearly laid out and achievable.

Cons

Not many cons to mention, sometimes the fractured nature of 16 different divisions can be a bit confusing to navigate sometimes
