Good benefits - medical and dental

Cons

Your hard work is never appreciated, boss micro-managed - from what time u reach the office to what time you leave. Said very nicely that come on time and end work on time is ok; but in actual fact wants you to work overtime whenever possible, even during weekends. MC also will message you about work related stuffs. No use feedback to high management about your boss because they will not protect small flies like us.

Good training, good basic if you are just starting out but if you are seasoned soon sales there is better out there

Cons

Pot luck which conferences you get to sell on and usually not very good ones for new starters. Managers have an out dated intimidating approach.
