      very very toxic workplace coming from the management. cant expect much in terms of culture as they are ONLY driven by sales numbers. Not for the weak of heart.

      IQPC Indian office was the best!! Dubai office was bad!

      Good salary, good products, and great higher management sitting in US!

      Cons

      Dubai office was bad, the management in Dubai office was really bad and the sales director who joined was pathetic, raciest little British guy who screwed up everything and possibly he and the new MD was the reason they shut in UAE then.

      Pros

      Once you've been to a few different companies you realise that IQPC is a really good place to work. Not perfect however, and everyone's experience is different. But I've found a supportive manager and senior management who are approachable. Training is pretty good, support is good. Company is trying to modernise and is open minded. But it is a commercial entity - delivering to clients to make money is the game. But nearly all the long term employees I've interacted with want to deliver quality and have high standards

      Cons

      Some petulant junior colleagues who seem unable to tell the difference between 'unfair' and them just not being very good at their jobs. They're a minority - most people here are lovely. Wish the company would be more direct with some.
