My hiring process was amazing - it consisted of three stages and was very straightforward. I was able to come into the office for an interview, which was great to experience the office culture. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process, and I always received timely responses when I had any questions, as well as to hear the outcome of whether or not I have been hired. My onboarding process was also great as I was introduced to different members of the company, quickly becoming familiar with my new colleagues. Upon joining, I had a structured onboarding plan. The people at IQPC are very kind and welcoming; I really felt so welcome within my first week of joining the company. Great employee benefits are available for all members of staff, and the company is willing to invest in the professional development of employees.
