      Pros

      I have been working at IQPC in the LSE division for the past 6 months. Your first two months are spent in the sales development program where you are fully trained. It's quite intensive but will skyrocket your sales skills and help you ramp up with results quicker. The trainer is obviously very talented but also is amazing at boosting your confidence. The management is also good. They keep their doors open to make sure you can get full support if needed. In my team there is no micromanagement too.

      Cons

      Lack of teamwork but I guess this is more due to the nature of the sales industry

      Pros

      Been here just over a year and have learned a huge amount. Since I started with Katie on Day 1 my training felt completely tailored. Only been here just over a year and have already earned very well in commission. If you are willing to learn, you will learn and if you learn fast, you will make money fast.

      Cons

      Can be intense at the start and the blow outs do hurt from time to time. But that is the same for any sales role.
