- Flat company structure, no room for progression - Extremely high turnover and low pay packet - Office politics and poor managerial communication across various departments - Micro-management and very structured with little room for creativity in a role that is capable of being extremely creative and flexible - Heavy commercial focus with no real attention to employees or value of product other than the end dollar - Very budget conscious with no stationary and kitchen in serious need of TLC
