      Toxic and abusive environment

      Pros

      It's a paycheck, and there are some good people working there.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, that only cares about profit. Will fire ASAP if your not a producer and pass on your accounts to the employees who have stayed for the paycheck.

      Pros

      I developed as a salesperson with the extensive training which employees are put through. A good first job to get some sales experience but get out as soon as you can.

      Cons

      I find that the staff turnover is very high. Perhaps they do not stick with sales staff as long as they should do to see the full strength of their capabilities.
