Pros

During my two years here I have experienced first class training and on-going support from my Manager which has really helped me to build my events. The London office is a really friendly environment and I feel comfortable in approaching my colleagues for their support. Whilst the lead up to an event is a busy time for all those involved, we pull together as a team to create a successful on-site experience. The central location is good and there are lots of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area.

Cons

Some of the PCs are outdated.

Pros

- The people is definitely a big plus there. - I liked the fact that I was working in multiple projects simultaneously and could change my focus. - The events are actually great and you can meet a lot of nice and interesting people - so you can actually develop quite a good network. - Impressed with the support from the HR team in any aspects you need help (that is essential when you are an expat) - Your value is recognized quite early and you are offered support to develop yourself even further, even from the beginning. - Always looking for internal talent when it comes to open senior roles, which comes hand in hand with my previous point above.

Cons

Overall, no big complains other than the day to day frustrations which you have in all working environments. what makes it special here, is that the event business in general is fast paced and there are times of the year that things can become stressful since there are are months with big events happening simultaneously. Last, IT can become a frustration point on certain days.

- Competitive/face-paced that will test your limits and bringing you to greater heights. - Pushes you to hit targets you never thought you are able to achieve - Management has a clear and knowledgeable skill on how to increase your sales revenue - Covers a wide spectrum of conferences so you get to understand a variety of different industries. - Allows you to hone and perfect sales process from lead generation to closing - Colleagues are fun to work with.
