      Good career opportunities in international setting

      Pros

      Internationality at the office, the opportunity to speak english on a daily basis, having people from 30 different countries, that's great. Also, it feels like every opinion is appreciated, not left out. Hierarchy is there, but kept on a very pleasant level where no one is nose-up and can easily be talked to. Good opportunities to develop yourself within the company, there are many examples of it in the team. That can set good goals for everyone.

      Cons

      IT is outdated, unfortunately change there has to go a long way due to the company's structure over the whole world.

      The most inspiring friendly companies I have worked for it’s like one big family. Support is always there when you need it. Employees are equipped with all the skills needed through training and support. Management very approachable and encouraging always ready to hear your ideas and help drive them forward. You will gain invaluable skills. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly no matter their position in the company. It's hard work, fast pace and it's challenging but above all it's rewarding. If you’re not looking to develop yourself and want to excel in your career IQPC isn’t the place for you. It’s so hard not to want to grow in your role when you hear of the success stories first hand from managers

      Steep learning curve, very useful for me now even if I didn't always appreciated at that time

      IT Infrastructure totally outdated and therefore sometimes frustrating sitting in front of the PC waiting for it to work properly

Additionally the conference sector is a tough industry and there is, as you rightly mentioned, allot to learn.
