1. Good training programs include weekly classroom trainings, global webinars, sometimes monthly career development training and team building activities. MD came from the global academy project and is investing a lot in building staff. 2. Great start point for fresh grads. Young and energetic environment. Management willing to coach new people and help them grow. 3. Senior management are very open minded.... very much western style -- need i say more? 4. Embracing new challenges in a very fast pace. You could learn so much so fast -- that's also what you're required to do. 5. Opportunity to learn many different subjects, e.g. energy, finance, hr, business management, etc.
Cons
Can be stressful to some people if they don't know how to manage time properly. Deadline and clear KPI driven. Also not for people who prefer - a comfortable and relaxed environment. - quiet surroundings (it can even sound like trading floor sometimes) - ordinary work with no new challenges
