      Pros

      Management people and colleagues are very friendly though.

      Cons

      Workload is unbelievable heavy, working hours seems nice on the contract but you can never finish your work within the hours, endless OT, messy management work flow, sometimes double work in between departments, waste a lot of time, results = a lot of OT, and there ain't any pay or off in lieu for OT, so don't get fooled by the contract! Pay is lower than market rate, they tell a lot of sugar coated lies during the interviews to lure you in, but staffs will burn out really really fast, turn over rate is very very high too.

      Pros

      young fun people to work with. lots of training and guidance a long the way. plenty around to ask for help, never feel in a scenario where you are unsure of what to do or how to improve. they recognize hard work ethic.

      Cons

      somewhat of a revolving door. for those that get it, get promoted, work on better programs opportunities for movement around departments. for those that just cant seem to get it, get cut pretty quickly.
