Pros
I was at IQPC in Sydney for 7+ years. Most recently, as part of the management team, which I feel its important to be honest about for the purposes of this review and in case it impacts your opinion of this review. I started in the business as a producer and worked - over a course of years and through many changes - to be part of the management team. I personally enjoyed my time at IQPC and have so much praise for the Sydney office, and having only recently left a lot is fresh in my mind. I've tried to be honest in terms of my appraisal of both the pros and cons to give a good overview of the business in Australia. Cons
The same as I have been honest about the pros - I think its important to also be honest about the cons: Occasional friction between departments - needs to be resolved Office needs a refurb - time for a refresh of the space A lot of process - and sometimes (although it supports business activity) this process can be constrictive Not for the faint hearted - you'll either love it or hate it Sink or swim - again - love or hate it! Very light on company induction activity (although good in specific team induction)
