I'm sorry to hear that your experience with the company was not a positive one, and I thank you for taking the time to vent your frustrations anonymously. I won't deny that we do place high expectations on our employees, and there are employees who are unable to rise to meet those challenges. I'm terribly sorry if that was your situation. That said, there are many employees who have achieved a great deal of personal and professional success with IQPC; we offer tremendous opportunities for career growth and personal development for those who are willing to take advantage of those opportunities. I wish that you addressed your concerns about a lack of professionalism and inappropriate language before leaving the company rather than posting an anonymous review to air your grievances. Nothing you stated has been my experience and does not speak to the culture we are trying to foster. Your concerns would have been heard and dealt with had you come to me us with specific examples. At any rate I hope that you find a role that it a better match for your skills and wish you success in your career.
