Pros

Money, Money and Money. Hard work pays off here... If you are smart and hard working you can do very well. The base salary sucks but if you are willing to bust your ass for the first year you will be put on better and better events. High turnover means better opportunity for you and advancement. A true meritocracy!

Cons

High turnover (works both ways). Base salary sucks.... You always feel like your head is on the chopping block on every event

The training was good. They are hiring constantly as their is a huge staff turnover. If you need a job desperately IQPC will hire you

Cons

IQPC has a couple of events with no competition in the defence sector. Everything else they do has competitors which produce far better products than them. Hence it is difficult to sell the products. And they have a huge staff turnover - bigger than any other company I've ever experienced. It doesn't look good to have this company on your resume
