Talented sales people, central to mid-town

Cons

High pressure to close sales, a wave of people get fired every quarter if they don't deliver on aggressive sales goals. Constant fear of being let go. Poor benefits package

micromanaged, played favorites, underpaid, no ownership, hostile work environment, immature hires, cheap, no job stability, taught to lie about numbers, push underachieving conferences, etc.

Pros

The difficulty of the job forces you to up your game or die trying. I am a better sales person because of it.

Cons

They have a revolving door culture and don't allow for employee growth. They deduct 13.5% of each sale and you only get paid on 86.5% of each hard to get sale. if you leave or get fire you do not receive any unpaid commission.
