Cons

Did not pay last months salary despite serving the notice. I thought it would be a good company to work for and so I quit a good job I had in one of the largest IT companies however the managers at IQPC did not even had a defined role for me despite promising so many things prior to joining the company. Therefore I dad to quit in less than a year as they were not sure what they wanted me to do in the company. People especially the senior managers are always trying to ind ways to put you down. I would recommend not to join this company even for a higher role or salary.

Pros

Great hours and my supervisor is one of the better ones I have ever worked for there is a lot of ongoing training and learning. Really open door policy and ready to help. Does not nit pick when I get the job done and it seems like they do reward people that are good.

Cons

I could not work for any of the other supervisors there is a big difference between how they manage and I see a lot of churn with them. The salary is a bit lower than I would like but the uncapped commission balances that.

If you like to work excessive hours, low pay, with poor management support, this is the place for you.

Cons

Long hours, poor management, poor leadership, unorganized, no structure, management talks out of both sides of their mouths, poor business model, and ditto to many of the other posts.
