If you aspire to be successful in sales, IQPC will give you a strong foundation whether you're a novice or have years of experience. Their sales process method is proven. Be prepared to work hard and you will reap the rewards of your efforts. From senior management down, IQPC looks to acknowledge success and inspire you to achieve.

      Pros

      Chris is definitely a keeper for this company! But keep in mind he can only do so much on his own. The company need to clone this guy if you want to advance more!

      Low pay, obvious favoritism! Stop those games and the workers will improve by 10-fold

      Pros

      If you are outgoing, hard working, and not afraid of hearing no, then you can be very successfull at IQPC. If you are quiet and take rejection personally, then this is definitely not the job for you. Now the best thing about IQPC is the product/service we offer. We help facilitate the business between buyers and sellers. It's something that I believe in and the reason I started working here. If you are comfortable working with C-level executives, then this is a great job.

      Cons

      Management can get too caught up with the daily metrix, rather than focusing on the big picture sometimes. At the end of the day, revenue should be the key.
