I joined IQPC in January 2022 where I was welcomed with open arms and provided with all the resources needed to excel in my role. They prioritise ongoing training and skill enhancement programs, ensuring that I stay at the cutting edge of my respective field. The feeling of being constantly challenged in a positive way has not just enhanced my skills but it has encouraged me to think out of the box and be innovative. One of the most striking aspects is the incredible team culture. There is nothing better than enjoying and looking forward to showing up for work every day when you have an amazing team to work with. It's not just about individual achievements; it's about working together to reach shared goals. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to be a part of the IQPC team. It has not only provided me with a rewarding career but also shaped me into a better professional.
