      Pros

      I have worked at IQPC since March of 2021, and it was the best decision I ever made. I was hesitant to interview after looking at some of the early reviews on Glassdoor, but after meeting with my now boss and their boss during the interview process, I knew immediately this was somewhere I wanted to be and grow my career in the long-term.

      Cons

      It is a very fast paced environment, so if you do not focus and stay organized, it's very easy to get overwhelmed or put behind schedule. That's an industry standard though, so not much to get hung up on.
