      Pros

      I cam from another company in the events space that was based out of Bristol UK. When I came it was very clear that IQPC was organized, had experience and fiscally responsible. Having worked through the pandemic now I see how important it is to work for a company that makes calculated decisions and not create events on a whim without proper market research.

      Cons

      Everyone is focused/driven, so if your not focused it is going to be hard to keep up.

      very very toxic workplace coming from the management. cant expect much in terms of culture as they are ONLY driven by sales numbers. Not for the weak of heart.
