Pros
Once you've been to a few different companies you realise that IQPC is a really good place to work. Not perfect however, and everyone's experience is different. But I've found a supportive manager and senior management who are approachable. Training is pretty good, support is good. Company is trying to modernise and is open minded. But it is a commercial entity - delivering to clients to make money is the game. But nearly all the long term employees I've interacted with want to deliver quality and have high standards
Cons
Some petulant junior colleagues who seem unable to tell the difference between 'unfair' and them just not being very good at their jobs. They're a minority - most people here are lovely. Wish the company would be more direct with some.
