This company perfectly highlighted what I do not want moving forwards in a workplace / employer.

Cons

- Sexist environment where internal conversations related to men's sexual behaviour and comments towards women in their teams were regularly held. - Never get comfortable in this target driven environment! If you hit a slow patch or struggle getting deals in due to factors completely outside of your control then there is a huge possibility that you will be fired within weeks of opening up to your manager and any deals you had successfully got in for IQPC, they will keep your commission ( which can be thousands ) if you are within the probationary period. - There is a gender pay gap between male employees with 0 experience fresh out of university compared to female employees who do have experience and still get paid thousands less than their male counterparts.
