Pros

This company has the best people I have ever worked with. The management team really cares from the very top and it shows. The improvements made by leadership in just the past 6 months have been tremendous and it really shows that they listen to their employees.

Cons

Culture was a bit tricky in the last couple of years but it has gotten way better.

Pros

IQPC has revamped their Employee Benefit and PTO policies for 2020 and are incredibly competitive in the workforce. Base pays have increased for all departments and commission structures are very generous. Culture has also changed and more upbeat. Welcome to 2020- it's a great place to work!

Cons

This is a sales driven business so there are metrics to meet. Not for the weak of heart. Confidence and ambition needed to succeed. But I believe this is the formula for life in general...

Pros

I started at IQPC Exchange in Delegate Sales after working in restaurants for a few years. I never thought I’d get into sales, but I was looking for a new opportunity. The corporate/office environment was a welcome change to the long hours and late nights I was used to. That being said, the transition wasn’t easy. Training is intense- but when I think back to my first day on the phones I realized how far I’d come. I will say no one is going to hold your hand, however, if you are looking to improve, the resources are available to those who seek them out. I spent countless hours with my manager and my coworkers doing tape training, practicing my pitch, crafting emails…. Etc. I learned so much in my first 6 months! In addition to the professional training, I also made a lot of friends- between happy hours, quarterly activities and people just getting together on weekends, I really expanded my professional network. Ultimately, I decided sales wasn’t for me, and moved into another role. That's not the case for everyone, however, as many of my former coworkers have moved into management roles very quickly. Bottom line, I wouldn’t be where I am today without the jump-start to my career that I received at IQPC Exchange. I recommend it to anyone who’s not afraid of a little hard work for a big reward in the long run.

Cons

-faced paced environment- need to be able to keep up! -office can be loud at times since everyone is on the phones, can be difficult to concentrate -communication between departments isn't always fluid
