The people at IQPC are genuinely great. Friendly, hard working, but not workaholics. Collaborative, open environment. HR is top notch, actually has your back.

Cons

Can be high turnover in some departments, which leads to mixed amounts of training among employees and sometimes it can be hard to get information about a question or a work process.
