Great place where they treat you like a person
Pros
I have been with IQPC and promoted to a Sales Manager, and I can confidently say it's one of the best places to work. I feel welcomed and valued and the leadership team is genuinely invested in employee growth and providing opportunities for professional development. I am not 'just another employee', and this is the first time I have felt this way in almost 5 years. The training and development is something I always wanted and a highlight is I get to spend time with Chris (the CRO). His viewpoint on everything sales related and the way he challenges me to think and develop and deliver is better than anything I learned in school, or in my a 10 year professional career. This is a place where you can feel inspired and see the benefits of the work you put in.

There are times when there are too many meetings.
