      Best Place For Sales Growth

      Pros

      IQPC was an incredible place to kickstart my sales career. I had the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry and develop a strong foundation in sales. The company culture fostered a competitive yet supportive environment, encouraging professional growth and development. I'm grateful for the valuable connections I made during my time at IQPC. These relationships have proven invaluable in my career journey. The company's commitment to employee development is evident in the various training programs and opportunities to take on new challenges. I highly recommend IQPC to anyone looking to build a successful career in sales.

      Office was incredibly noisy and the open concept seems a bit dated.

      IDGA Experience

      Pros

      Since moving to IDGA/IQPC I have had a wonderful experience at this company. My colleagues in NYC are, simply put, great (as well as my colleagues across the pond in London). The work environment can't get much better, and best of all the content of our events really have you, as an event organizer, interested and eager to learn more. I would recommend IDGA to all event organizers if they are looking for a new opportunity, as was I in early 2024 and joining IDGA was one of the best decisions of my career.

      Cons

      Communicating with colleagues in different time zones can be difficult, but nothing to get stressed about. Both offices are good in understanding each other's time zones.

      Pros

      I cam from another company in the events space that was based out of Bristol UK. When I came it was very clear that IQPC was organized, had experience and fiscally responsible. Having worked through the pandemic now I see how important it is to work for a company that makes calculated decisions and not create events on a whim without proper market research.

      Cons

      Everyone is focused/driven, so if your not focused it is going to be hard to keep up.
