Firstly, we are very sorry to read such a review AND would really like to encourage this individual to come forward so that we are able to address the issues raised. These are matters that have not been shared with the Company. Diversity is a core commitment for us as a business and we have achieved some fantastic milestones in 2022 to improve our business for the future, this includes : - Our first Women at IQPC Conference which was attended by over 100 female employees and had a fantastic agenda to progress the conversation of equality. - Our London office now has more female managers than ever before – we primarily focused on Sales and now have numerous female sales managers and directors - We operate a headcount that is 48% female and 52% male Whilst we continue to improve it is essential that employees feel safe to share the poor behaviours of others so that we can address them and eradicate from our business. We are a people first business, and we really would appreciate the opportunity to resolve any matters that have not been made known to the Company thus far. With regards to the commercial comments – All of our UK businesses are performing extremely well this year and we are on track to potentially surpass our record profits.
