      Pros

      Working for IQPC gives you opportunities you wouldn't have many other places. You have access to Fortune 1000 executives that most people wouldn't dream of working with. You get to travel to major cities across North America a few times a year. Working here teaches you the basics of sales and that can take you a long way in today's world. As someone who ended up needing a unknown amount of time off and accommodations for medical reasons, they were more than supportive and helped me through the process of coming back to work. If you're a hard worker and want to excel and move up within the company, the management team here is more than willing to help and support you.

      Cons

      IQPC Tampa could definitely use a better training system. There are a lot of people who would like to see more continuous training with their position. The job itself is a little monotonous at times but that's inside sales.
