You will get hired if you are half decent at sales and can get high salary if you are a foreigner

Cons

Taught to oversell versus what is actually delivered to sponsors. You have to record calls and have them scrutinised in front of whole team to make sure you comply at 7.30am every Tuesday. A lot of clients burned by lacklustre events meaning poor retention. Blame culture vs sales where as the other department leaders are protected by MD despite not doing their jobs well on delivery. Risk of ruining personal reputation with clients when events fail. Toxic culture from the top down.
