The Operations team is a family, the support from management is amazing and it makes working for the company enjoyable. The job is hectic and always busy but everyone in the team pulls together to help each other.

Cons

The hours can be long but this is common in any operations role.

A company where you are valued, respected, and challenged in a supportive environment on a day-to-day basis. Multiple opportunities to travel - have met multiple people who I would call genuine friends, and speak to outside of work.

Cons

Long hours, performance could be tracked better.
