      Pros

      I couldn't ask for a better group of colleagues. There are so many opportunities for trainings and advancement. I also couldn't ask for a better company culture. You can tell this is a "family first" organization that allows me to be a mom first and a great employee second. Because of the flexibility I am allowed, I feel as though I perform better and more efficiently, while enjoying my job. Quintiles is my forever home!

      Pros

      Decent pay, decent benefits. Great co-workers: helpful, friendly. Flexible schedule. Ability to work from home whenever.

      Cons

      High turnover with little support given to those who are left: larger workloads, additional responsibilities given with little input from us, no additional compensation, and no urgency to hire and train, despite constantly being told otherwise.

      They doesn't have trust for their employees. They don't want to listen to any new ideas or suggestions from the employees Never ever you can work from home. The pay is super low
