They have the money and willingness to invest in new tech to improve the way they do business. Depending on your situation, there are many benefits you can take advantage of. There are also a lot of talented people with diverse experiences and if you are willing to find them and collaborate, its a good chance to expand your experience and level of knowledge.
Cons
They are constantly going through some sort of large change and before you see the current change play out, you will find yourself immersed in a new change initiative. There is constant turmoil leading to uncertainty. The culture there is more of an individual effort culture. They use a forced ranking evaluation system and people have incentive to push their own agenda or ideas rather than the best idea. Its not uncommon to have a great idea and watch someone else take credit for it.
