      Pros

      Great group of coworkers. Flexible schedules. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Company continues to purchase other companies without any real direction. After every acquisition there are huge layoffs. Work being off shored to save money but quality of work has declined. Low morale as everyone waits for next round of layoffs. Bonus totally depends on manager and nothing to do with performance.

      Pros

      Compensation is just adequate and there is potential for bonus.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is really difficult here as deliverables require quick turnaround. Health insurance is really bad. Few holidays (with 2 floating days), 2 weeks vacation, and only 6 weeks paid maternity/1 week paternity. For the amount of work/stress that you are put under, the benefits are horrible. It is also difficult to move up within the company. Most of the senior members work on weekends and are logged in all the time.

      The people are amazing to work with. The work is streamlined. The managers are very attentive to the development of their direct reports

      Cons

      Work life balance is suffering due to the enormous workload. Working 50 hours a week is not unheard of, as is working over the weekend just to keep things current.
