      Pros

      The job offers excellent benefits. You receive annual bonuses. Every three years you get a computer/technology reimbursement. Chiropractic care is free if you use a certain chiropractor.

      Cons

      The workload is unbearable. You are constantly told to be a part of the employee engagement committee but your workload is so high that you have no time. It's not abnormal for a PM to manage 25-30 protocols.

      Good benefits, good pay, very smart people everywhere. Providing intelligence to an important business sector (healthcare) can create some unique opportunities.

      Cons

      Big company politics get in the way of progress. New management team is smart, but appears arrogant and has created a turbulent and unsettled atmosphere. The core market is shrinking, and expanding into other sectors has been challenging for the company to-date..
