      fun people to work with

      Cons

      - 60+ work weeks minimum - Lack of promotions or bonuses with poor transparency on why - You have to staff yourself - No support for Greencard even though they say they do - Laid of many people on H1b/F1 with no help for grace period in the month of November - Hid restructuring till after it happened, never publicly mentioned it

      You can work remote from home.

      Cons

      This company overworks you. There is no work-life balance. And a lot of the times you have to end up working on the weekends. There is no proper management with every man for themselves.

      Inconsistency, LACK OF COMMUNICATION, unstable pay, and health insurance is horrible. Don't expect to make a career here turnover is high for good quality people.
