      Pros

      Direct coworkers/peers/managers are friendly and make it worth the work. Decent work/projects but not a lot of growth potential within this particular subunit.

      Cons

      Lack of growth opps, lack of motivation/incentive for reaching and exceeding goals, poor upper level management. Management and VPs don't understand how tough it is to have teams be understaffed and are quite belittling to offshore teams.

      Creative work, interesting. Remote office stipend. Work phone and monitor. Health insurance.

      Cons

      People act friendly but stab you in the back. They will put you on an action plan while you have a new disability before the make accommodations. They decide if you fail or succeed.
