Well respected organization within clinical research, stability, global reach, opportunities to move within the organization

Cons

Typical slow moving bloated organization, average compensation, some benefits lags behind similar companies - domestic partners not covered in health insurance and health insurance is by far the most expensive I have ever paid with less benefits compared to my last employer
