Racist! Poor Management! Care more about a body in the seat taking back to back calls, than caring about your overall health and well being. Lazy management that never take calls or support. Don’t back their employees. Horrible training via TEAMS. Micro Managing. No bonuses, no shift diff, no raises. Crazy schedules working til evenings and then have to wake up early mornings to clock back in. No consistency. No career growth.
