Disorganized payroll department with poor communication and obviously no standard operating procedure for company acquisitions. The same goes for HR for company acquisitions. I am only thankful 🙏 for the few remaining individuals, my HR contact, my boss and coworker whom I worked with for 3+ years for the company IQVIA acquired and whom I have the upmost respect for. They helped me tremendously when returning from disability leave through the time my resignation.
