      Lots of support from management They will help you (as best they can) find another job if your contract is ended or you decide to move Very accommodating

      Cons

      Although you work for IQVIA, you are generally employed at a research facility that has a contract with IQVIA. Not necessarily a bad thing, but it does mean you have several different bosses from several different companies so it can cause some confusion. This is really the only downside that comes to mind.

      People are friendly and they supply coffee

      Cons

      Once you have director in your title they don’t question the ability to still do the work. Executive team doesn’t know anything but makes the decisions. Managers and director need to be replaced. A lot of non compliance and employees just done realize they are so vacation pay, etc.
