Pros
Good people in the trenches; a lot of information & data to help you with performing your job and meeting client needs. Global company with a strong clinical and data presence.
Cons
Upper management is only focused on earnings at all costs - meaning there is little concern for work-life balance, career growth, etc. You are very expendable here. The CEO is invisible and does not interact much with the team. Also, despite an endless number of acquisitions, they have failed miserably in integrating the pieces, so it still operates in silos. The majority of acquisitions are done to get rid of competition, not to enhance the overall service offerings and value delivered to clients.
