They contract with great companies and hire only the best and most experienced specialty sales representatives .

Cons

They won't let you interview for a position with the partnering company unless a Manager from the company contracting requests for you to interview directly to your hiring mgr/DM. You can't interview even if there is an opening for two years. If you interview then, and don't get the job, you may not have a job to come back to. This was actually quoted to several people on my team by my direct mgr. I heard it myself.

Average time off, Not too bad health benefits, on site flu shot and nurse for illness, depending on position there is the option to work from home

Cons

management is always changing, sometimes the work life balance is not so much in balance, can be difficult to maneuver in company or up in company unless you know the right person. Sometimes promotions are not based on work performance but how friendly you are with management
