      I would have given 5 stars but since the merger things have gone down . A lot of things are outsourced to other countries which created a huge language barrier and lots of issues (including quality ). Too many hands In the pot ! Seems like all the perks are slowly being taken away with this merger . Never thought about leaving quintiles till this merger . The nice quintiles has turned into not so nice...I wish they would stay true to the Quintiles roots. They are chickens with their heads cut off right now !

      Tons of flexibility in work hours including work from home. Decent pay and benefits as well.

      Cons

      Large company so not as tight knit as some might like. You probably won't be best friends with your coworker but almost everyone seems to get along great so the work environment is productive and professional.
