Pros

Good benefits and vacation packages, competitive salaries. Tuition reimbursement program is a huge plus

Cons

Many of the managers I had there didn't seem very invested in helping me achieve my career goals. Building skills and self-improvement exercises are expected to be done outside normal business hours. Annual goal-setting and competency reviews are very cookie-cutter and not much time or focus is put into them throughout the year by management. Felt like a waste of time.

Interesting Industry space and lot's of opportunities in solving interesting problems (if the company would only take the advantage of it...)

Cons

Poor compensation: Under market average salaries, combined with no salary increase. Leadership not interested in making new products, only interested in the appearance of a product to appease stakeholders and collect their bonuses.

Great pay Great Car Allowance and gas card Wonderful working with the patients Great training Top notch team of nurse educators from across the country Really bright people Flexibility with working from home and remotely.

Cons

Direct manager would send us emails written in red and all caps, essentially yelling at her team, when no one had done anything wrong. Having to do so many office visits with the sales team. Let go for sending a personal email from my work account!!
