      Pros

      - My teams and managers were fantastic. I know not everyone had the same experience but I only had 4 managers in my 10 years there and each one was considerate and approachable. - Lots of references and resources if you knew where to find them

      Cons

      -Pay was average -Their growth outpaced their capabilities. I appreciated the company when I started, but felt that value of employees decreased as they continued to grow. -Very difficult to advance or move into a new area within the company -Ever changing systems and processes

      Pros

      higher than average salaries, reasonable work-life balance

      Cons

      non-strategic company full of "dead wood" you are seriously left wondering what half the people there even do. No great minds, will never push the envelope. your brain is guaranteed to atrophy here from the lack of intellect and insight. Titles are completely inflated. Even the most mediocre can be promoted to Principal provided you stick around. Lives because of secondary data resources. Analytics are abysmal.

      Pros

      Company has a wealth of resources across the organization for all-things pharma. Interesting roster of clients and projects. Ok pay for some.

      Cons

      Horrible management, culture and performance evaluation practices. Very political, competitive and manipulative environment. Senior leaders don't own the work or BD relationships but get to decide who is promoted / gets to stay on a purely subjective basis. Extremely high level of anxiety day-to-day. If you want to survive you have to work 24/7 and hope you don't get backstabbed, which some do.
