      Literally the WORST HEALTH BENEFITS you can offer - high cost, poor coverage

      Pros

      There are some positives about the company you can't deny. People are great. Aggressive about being competitive and being a market leader.

      Cons

      They offer the worst HEALTH benefits you can imagine. The health insurance is EXTREMELY HIGH COST and offers you very little. They do not offer stock options or grants. And they rarely pay their bonuses at target or close to target.

      Pros

      The people in my department are great and fun to work with. There's lots of support and comraderie among colleagues.

      Cons

      Leadership is more interested in profits than investing in it's people. Perks and benefits keep diminishing while workload continues to increase.

      Unfortunately downhill since merger

      Pros

      Unlimited career options and good growth potential in most areas, you learn a ton, they are a strong leader in most areas they conduct research in, especially clinical trial and real world evidence studies.

      Cons

      Benefits and culture on a serious downhill slide since merger with IMS (from legacy Q perspective). Different areas of the company that overlap in services compete with each other rather than collaborate and this seems to be encouraged. All male leaders (very rare exceptions) at the top in an organization that is probably more than half female in ranks. Respect for medical and scientific expertise over selling data has slipped.
