Pros

No Micromanagement Business Casual Good area Unlimited Sick days

Cons

No training, high turnover, around 200 sites per CTA, expected to clean after others, zero resolutions to problems reported, impossible to move up, awful communication, you work under CLs from other countries and have to train them how to do their job, stressful.

Pros

Ability to work remotely. Salary. Good air conditioning in the office...?

Cons

Inept leadership, ACOE in particular. Stay far away from this group. Lack of meaningful work. If you like building spreadsheet calculators/crud apps, IQVIA is your company. Terrible culture of politics, depressing energy abound, lack of communication, low-EQ employees, uninspiring & meaningless work. 45 MINUTE LONG STANDUPS. "We use X here because that's how it's been done in the past" Giant corporate culture of cubes, water-cooler smalltalk, apathetic employees, and a severe lack of interesting people that you'll be working with on a daily basis. Need to login to web system to reserve a desk every day that you come into the office. Bureaucracy, constraints on developers, github blocked on the corporate network, outsourced work.

IQVIA 2019 layoffs

Pros

My team and my manager is the only best part of my job.

Cons

This is the worst company to work for as there is a lot of politics after the merger. The employees have lost sense of team work and try to sell other team on their shortcomings. The environment is very hostile with no leadership backing. The surprising thing is that they have laid off people recently but none of it made to the media. The people who were laid of were asked to be quite as part of the agreement and the current employees were told not to ever speak about it. I guess they just are trying to evade a bad reputation by doing so. Also, the development team is offshore with no financial visibility on what is going on, giving leadership power of doing whatever they want.
