great computer system to be able to stay up on emails through many different devices.

Cons

I am on the Sanofi contract with Quintiles. Quintiles has allowed us to be stepped on and taken advantage of simply to keep their contract. Originally we were promised company vehicles. It took Quintiles to take ownership of the contractual mistake and tell their employees that cars were no longer on the table. Furthermore, we were given 2 weeks vacation of which we were forced to take 1 of them as the week between christmas and New Years. This time is not a Quintiles holiday however, it is a sanofi holiday and no given off but must be used out of given vacation time. All together, this is a horrible contract and the pay is considerably less than industry average.

Pros

Excellent fringe benefits, competitive salary raise, great outsourced trainings.

Cons

Serious issues on retaining the top performers. Exit interviews are a big waste of time. There is no corrective action plan. Poor work-life balance (working on weekends & holidays), after a certain point there are limited career opportunities. Lack of leadership - Bad leaders at the Local Offices. Lack of recognition and overall poor employee-manager relationships.

Flexible work environment (depends on your manager) Good work life balance ( again depends on your project ) Good of clinical guys ( IT guys , this is clinical company you would be treated as step brother)

Cons

Naive in IT industry . Bangalore solution mainly based on principle of COST reduction . This truly reflects in its salary structures and ranges . Only company where the HR seen very worst and inactive . It doesnt offers even the avg growth/learning opportunities mainly because of inactive HR . NO Training policy , no inter dept training policy , the finance dept sucks . Forget about the onsite opportunity as I started saying this mainly for cost reduction . Even by luck if you would travel , would rethink if it was good luck or bad luck
